About David J. Barry

David J. Barry

David J. Barry is a trial-tested litigator, former prosecutor and experienced personal injury attorney with nearly 20 years of courtroom and litigation experience.

Before founding Barry Injury Law, David served as an Assistant District Attorney for Nassau County, where he handled all aspects of criminal prosecution and tried numerous cases to verdict. He later represented injured clients nationwide at the prestigious Manhattan law firm Weitz & Luxenberg, handling toxic tort, product liability, and negligence litigation. David then founded the Mineola law firm Collins Gann McCloskey & Barry, where he served as Managing Partner of its personal injury division.

Throughout his career, David has helped recover hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation for injured clients and their families.
